ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products from this website. You may not use our products, website, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Most Inkspire Faith products are created after an order is placed. Product colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly because of differences in screens, garment materials, manufacturing processes, and print techniques.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and colors accurately. We cannot guarantee that every device will display colors exactly as they appear on the finished product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, colors, personalization details, and order quantities before completing a purchase.

PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, and other personalization details.

We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect because of a production error.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary. This may include orders affected by suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory issues, production limitations, intellectual-property concerns, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout when required. Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production quickly. Customers should contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production. Once production begins, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation or modification.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Inkspire Faith is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, labor interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Photographs and order information may be required before a claim can be reviewed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, and other original materials displayed on this website belong to Inkspire Faith or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

PROHIBITED USES
